

MURDER MYSTERY EVENING "Elementary my dear Pilton" Saturday 26th October saw the second Murder Mystery night to be held at The Club. By around 7.30pm around 50 suspects had gathered in 'Thor bridge' to discover that Maria Gibson had been murdered having been shot with a single silver bullet. The meal that was served throughout the proceedings was provided by Suttley Catering and enjoyed by everyone as the mystery unfolded. Luckily Chief Inspector Kelly Sumner was on duty and able to lead the investigation as Mr Sherlock Holmes had been called away to deal with the Baskervilles down at Steanbow. Sherlock Holmes was however able to make several appearances later in the evening via the miracle of modern technology as one by one the usual suspects were questioned. So who was the culprit? Was it Countess Von Orlock, Chastity Darling, Reverend Marlow Bates (sounds iffy) or Juan Pinto? Well as it turned out, although each had a motive they were all innocent. Look out for the next Murder Mystery night at the Club where you can take part in the proceedings, enjoy a great meal and find out who committed the murder.
